Centrally located between North Ogden & Layton
We did not get the rooms that we requested. Security was poor. There was a door left ajar with a rock leading to the stairwell and then direct access to the room. Ordered breakfast and it took 1 hour for delivery when we were told 30 minutes. Went to breakfast in the lobby and the service was poor and there were not enough staff to cover the # of people. Dinner was over priced and not very good either!. Parking was terrible. 3 handicap spots for 100's of guests. Parking lot was used by all other businesses.

The room provided great cleanliness and a lovely view overlooking downtown. Water infused with fruit was a nice touch for hydration. Discomfort arose from the noise generated by kids at the pool and unexpected red spots noticed on bedding and walls, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning. This detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Highlights included convenient dining options for breakfast and a cute atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room for us. They provided a nice late dinner even though the restaurant area was closed. The staff provided needed information for our sightseeing trip the next day. We certainly enjoyed the atmosphere there as it was very relaxing.

Great staff and food at resturaunt. Beautiful hotel.
The bed was not what I have been accustomed to from previous stays. In fact it was extremely disappointing. I will probably stay at a different location for the next Home Shows we do in Ogden. Also there was not a fridge in the room and I had to ice pack the items I needed refrigerated.

Evening Manager who worked on 3 November 11, was extemely nice and assisted vfw members to the max.
My room was not serviced and cleaned on 4 November 2011. I advised to the front desk at 4 pm and I had to get ready for a function so my room was not serviced. On the next day, 5 November 2011, I attended a meeting in the morning and came back to my room about 1:30pm and my room again was not yet serviced. A cleaner did come by and I was in the process of changing clothes. I advised the cleaner that I was changing and would be out by five minutes. Left the room at 1:35pm and did some visiting in town. Returned back at 3:00pm and my room was still not cleaned. Spoke to the manager again and he apologized and gave me a comp beer ticket to the bar. I was not too interested in the beer comp but wanted my room serviced room so that I could get back to my room to rest. Finally got my room serviced at 4:00pm, did not get my rest since I had to get ready for another function.

Location: the hotel was next to many restaurants and bars as well as many great restaurants and city attractions. Warm enough and fairly quiet room with the bath, the coffee, a single-cup coffee maker, I had everything needed. The service was excellent and the pool was nice.

We had a blast in our king suite! Spacious room with a comfy living area and a kitchen for snacks. The view of the mountains was killer. Shoutout to the staff, especially Alex-dude was super helpful! Just wish the restaurant was open more. We missed out on some meals .

The courtyard had a fantastic location, just a short drive to salt lake city. The queen room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. I loved the fruit-flavored water in the lobby! They also had a nice heated indoor pool and hot tub, a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.
the parking situation was a bit chaotic due to an event nearby.
